Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once payment is received and reserve the right to cancel and refund if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and exclude taxes and duties, which may be calculated at checkout or billed at delivery depending on your region. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Everything on this site (imagery, copy, product design, and the Pilates in Pink™ marks) belongs to Pilates in Pink Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
