Shipping & Refunds

• Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmation.
• Standard shipping is a flat $12 CAD, complimentary on orders over $150.
• Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days within North America.
• International orders are welcome; duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, socks, and hair accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email hello@pilatesinpinkstudio.com with your order number. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.

Size exchanges are complimentary within Canada. For international exchanges, return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right, no questions.
